Every OXYGENA order is packed and dispatched from Australia. Here is exactly what you pay and when it arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming — join our list to hear when it opens.

All prices in AUD, inclusive of GST. Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates

Estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order:

Standard: 3–7 business days to metro areas, 5–10 business days regional and remote.
Express: 1–3 business days to metro areas, 2–5 business days regional and remote.

Delivery windows are provided by our carrier and are estimates only. Peak periods, weather events and carrier delays can extend them, and are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, emailed on dispatch. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch email, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll re-send it once return and re-delivery postage is covered. Contact us as soon as you spot a mistake — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually correct it at no cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hq@oxygena.com.au with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
